By downloading, installing, or using the Anonim Talk mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anonim Talk ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Anonim Talk.

Anonim Talk is a peer-to-peer (P2P) communication application that enables users to make secure, encrypted voice calls without requiring registration or account creation. Key features include:

• End-to-end encrypted voice calls
• Temporary room-based communication
• No data collection or storage
• Anonymous usage without registration
• QR code sharing for easy connection

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• Users in the EU must be at least 16 years old

3.2 Technical Requirements

• Compatible iOS or Android device
• Internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
• Microphone permissions for voice calls
• Camera permissions for QR code scanning (optional)

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Anonim Talk for:

• Personal communication
• Business communications
• Educational purposes
• Any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Anonim Talk for:

• Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing other users
• Fraud: Impersonating others or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Spam: Sending unsolicited communications or sharing room codes indiscriminately
• Malicious Use: Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our services
• Copyright Infringement: Sharing copyrighted material without permission
• Terrorism or Violence: Planning, promoting, or facilitating violence or terrorism
• Child Exploitation: Any content or activity that exploits or harms children

5. Privacy and Data

5.1 No Data Collection

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we don't collect personal information. However, you acknowledge that:

• Temporary room codes are generated and stored for 30 minutes
• Basic connection metadata is processed for WebRTC functionality
• Optional crash reports may be sent to improve the app

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of your voice communications
• Who you share room codes with
• Ensuring you have consent from all call participants
• Complying with recording laws in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Anonim Talk, including its code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Anonim Talk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the App, though we don't store or have access to your communications.

7. Service Availability

7.1 No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to keep Anonim Talk available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be unavailable due to:

• Technical difficulties

• Third-party service disruptions

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonim Talk shall not be liable for any:

• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Security breaches or unauthorized access
• Actions of other users

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

• Your use of the App
